1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how ThrillKicker Entertainment LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company doing business as Brand Forge ("Brand Forge," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit, use, or interact with the Company's online and offline properties, including:
- the website at bybrandforge.com and any subdomains;
- the Brand Forge community on Skool at skool.com/brandforge;
- any landing page, opt-in form, application form, payment page, or webhook hosted on platforms operated by the Company or third parties on the Company's behalf (including without limitation Stripe, GoHighLevel, Google Forms, Calendly, and Skool);
- email communications sent by the Company;
- paid Programs, including Forge Week and The Forge group cohort;
- any other Brand Forge service that links to or references this Policy.
(Collectively, the "Services.") By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to:
- visitors to our website;
- subscribers to our email list, free training, or content;
- members of our Skool community;
- paid Clients of any Brand Forge Program;
- applicants who submit application or onboarding forms; and
- anyone who otherwise contacts us through the Services.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you provide when you:
- submit a contact form, opt-in form, application form, onboarding form, or weekly check-in form (e.g., name, email address, phone number, business background, stated goals, prior experience);
- purchase a Program (e.g., billing name, billing address, payment method information. Payment-card data is processed by Stripe and is not stored on Company servers);
- create a profile in the Skool community (e.g., username, profile photo, bio);
- communicate with us through Voxer, email, Zoom, or other channels (e.g., the content of your communications);
- participate in a coaching call (e.g., session notes, recordings, the Shaped Offer Document, voluntary disclosures);
- voluntarily share testimonials, results, or social-media posts with us.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you interact with the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- device and connection information (e.g., IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers);
- log data (e.g., pages visited, links clicked, time spent, referring URL);
- cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8);
- email engagement data (opens, clicks, bounces) where you receive marketing or transactional emails from us.
3.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third parties, including:
- payment processors (e.g., Stripe: transaction confirmation, last-four card digits, billing country);
- CRM and email-marketing platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel: form submissions, tags, campaign engagement);
- scheduling tools (e.g., Calendly: booking details);
- communication platforms (e.g., Voxer, Zoom: message and call metadata);
- community platforms (e.g., Skool: profile and activity within the Brand Forge community);
- outreach tools (e.g., LinkedIn-based outreach platforms: publicly available LinkedIn data and engagement);
- social-media platforms when you publicly engage with our content.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use information collected to:
- deliver the Services and the Programs you have enrolled in;
- process payments and issue receipts;
- communicate with you about your Program, account, scheduling, and support;
- send you marketing emails, content, and offers (you may unsubscribe at any time);
- operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
- personalize your experience;
- respond to your inquiries;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements;
- protect the security and integrity of the Services and detect, prevent, or investigate fraud or abuse.
5. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law (such as the EU/UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on:
- performance of a contract (to deliver paid Programs and respond to your requests);
- legitimate interests (to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to market our Programs to existing and prospective Clients in a manner consistent with their reasonable expectations);
- consent (where required, e.g., for non-essential cookies or marketing communications in jurisdictions that require opt-in);
- legal obligation (to comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests).
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below:
6.1 Service Providers
We share information with vendors who assist us in operating the Services, including without limitation:
- Stripe (payment processing);
- GoHighLevel (CRM, email marketing, automation);
- Google Workspace (email, calendar, Drive, Forms, Meet, eSignature);
- Calendly (scheduling);
- Skool (community);
- Zoom (video conferencing);
- Voxer (asynchronous communication);
- hosting and analytics providers.
These providers process information only on our behalf and under contractual obligations to protect it.
6.2 Legal and Safety
We may disclose information when we believe it is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms or other agreements; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our Clients, or others; or (d) prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Services.
6.3 Business Transfers
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the recipient honors this Policy.
6.4 With Your Consent
We share your information for any other purpose only with your consent. The Testimonial and Likeness Release governs use of testimonials and likenesses.
7. Your Choices
- Email marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at travis@bybrandforge.com. Transactional and Program-related emails (e.g., onboarding, billing, scheduling) are not subject to unsubscribe while you are an active Client.
- Account information. You may request to update or correct your information by contacting us.
- Cookies. You may control cookies through your browser settings; see Section 8.
- Community. You may leave the Brand Forge community on Skool at any time by following Skool's instructions to remove yourself from the community.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Services use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- strictly necessary cookies for site functionality;
- analytics cookies to understand how the Services are used;
- preference cookies to remember choices you make;
- marketing cookies to deliver relevant content and measure campaign effectiveness.
You may control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may impair functionality of the Services.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to deliver the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specifically:
- active Client account and Program records: for the duration of the Program and for at least seven (7) years thereafter for tax, audit, and contractual purposes;
- marketing list data: until you unsubscribe or we determine the data is no longer relevant;
- session recordings, working documents, and Coaching Materials: retained per the Master Coaching Services Agreement;
- payment records: retained per applicable tax and accounting laws.
10. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted through the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
11. International Transfers
Brand Forge is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using the Services, you consent to such transfers.
12. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for adults aged eighteen (18) and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us at travis@bybrandforge.com.
13. Your Rights Under State and International Law
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of your information (subject to retention obligations and exceptions under applicable law);
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request portability of your information;
- withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent);
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We will respond within the time period required by applicable law (typically 30 to 45 days). You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer "Do Not Track" signals. The Services do not currently respond to such signals. We treat all visitors consistently per the choices described in this Policy.
15. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. Review their privacy policies directly.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last Updated" date and posted at bybrandforge.com. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
